You represent and warrant that:

6. AI Processing and Data Analysis

Our Services include AI-powered recruitment tools that analyze candidate data. By using these features, you acknowledge that:

  • The AI analysis is provided as a tool to assist in recruitment decisions, not as a replacement for human judgment
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your use of AI analysis complies with applicable laws, including employment and discrimination laws
  • While we strive for accuracy, our AI tools may not be perfect and should be used as one of many factors in your hiring decisions

In no event shall MatchWiser, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
